Smart groups are groups built by FundHero based on the information in your account. You can recognize smart groups based on the smart icon.

These groups can help you clean your account and create lists of potential donors; smart groups update as your contact and donation information is updated. As of February 2020 we have 10 smart groups.

  5. Outstanding Pledges
  6. Outstanding Tasks

You can also create your own custom groups to help you organize your contacts.
