Smart groups are groups built by FundHero based on the information in your account. You can recognize smart groups based on the smart icon 
.
To pull up the Lapsed Donor Group:
- Click Contacts in the main navigation bar
- Select the Groups Icon
- Navigate to Lapsed Donors
After you select “Lapsed Donors” there will be time frames:
- 90 days
- 180 days
- 1 year
Selecting the time frame means that a donor has given at any point in the past but has not given within selected time frame.
