Smart groups are groups built by FundHero based on the information in your account. You can recognize smart groups based on the smart icon 
.
To pull up the Potential Duplicates Group:
- Click Contacts in the main navigation bar
- Select the Groups Icon
- Navigate to Potential Duplicates
The potential duplicates list will show a list of contacts that fit one of two criteria:
- By Name: Shows a list of contacts that match based on last name and first 3 letters of first name
- By Email: Shows a list of contacts that match based on email address
- By Phone Number: Shows a list of contacts that match based on phone number
You can then merge contacts that appear in the list. To learn how to merge contacts read this article.
