Smart groups are groups built by FundHero based on the information in your account. You can recognize smart groups based on the smart icon 
.
To pull up the Potential Followups Group:
- Click Contacts in the main navigation bar
- Select the Groups Icon
- Navigate to Potential Followups
After you select Potential Followups there will be time frames:
- 7 days
- 14 days
- 30 days
- 90 days
Selecting a time frame means that an attempt to contact has been made with a result of: Needs Followup, Call Back, or Left Message within the selected time frame and no donation has been made within the selected time frame.
If a donation has been found within the selected time frame then the contact will not appear.
