Smart groups are groups built by FundHero based on the information in your account. You can recognize smart groups based on the smart icon 
.
To pull up the Non Donor Group:
- Click Contacts in the main navigation bar
- Select the Groups Icon
- Navigate to Non Donors
After you select “Non Donors” you will view any contacts who are in your system but have never donated. This is an opportunity to find contacts you should reach out to, or contacts you need to remove from your list who will never donate to your campaign.
