Smart groups are groups built by FundHero based on the information in your account. You can recognize smart groups based on the smart icon 
.
To view the Active Donor Group:
- Click Contacts in the main navigation bar
- Select the Groups Icon
- Navigate to Active Donors
After you select “Active Donors” there will be time frames:
- 7 days
- 30 days
- 90 days
- 180 days
- 1 year
Selecting the time frame means that a donor has given within the selected time frame. Your list will usually expand as you click longer time frames.
