This article covers connecting your bank account for the first time, if you are looking to edit your bank account or organization information visit this article.
You will need the following information to set up your donation page and get it connected to your Bank Account:
- EIN
- Name of Account Holder
- Birthdate of Account Holder
- The address associated with the Account
- Bank Account # or Debit Card #
- Routing Number
- Phone Number that can receive texts
- Image to use on your donation page
To set up your donation page:
- Click Donation Page in the main navigation bar where you will be directed to a setup tutorial
- Click Start Set Up if you have all the required information
- Input the title you want to use for your donation page. We recommend something short and snappy that donors can quickly identify
- Upload an image, drag to reposition the photo, center the image, and zoom in-and-out
- click Next you will be directed to finish your connection through Stripe. Stripe is our partner for credit card processing, via Stripe you will enter all your bank account information listed above. Follow the Stripe prompts to complete
- Once you complete stripe setup you will be directed back to FundHero where you can view, edit, and share your page
