Please Note: ActBlue Integration is only available to Organization Plans.

ActBlue uses webhooks to integrate with FundHero and many other key apps. When a donation comes in through ActBlue, a notice is sent to FundHero and that donation is logged in your FundHero account.

Request your Endpoint Credentials
Endpoint credentials for a webhook are a special key that lets one app prove it’s allowed to send messages to another app, making sure only trusted information gets through. To request your endpoint credentials, please email integrations-actblue@fundhero.io.

Create your ActBlue Webhook
With your endpoint credentials, you then need to create your webhook in your ActBlue account.

1. Log in to your ActBlue account
2. Navigate to the “Tools” on the left hand side of your dashboard
3. Select “Integrations”
4. Look for a “Webhooks” and click on “Manage”
5. Select “Requests a New Webhook”
6. Select “ActBlue Default” from the dropdown
7. Enter your details and the endpoint credentials received from FundHero. Note, your username and password for the endpoint credentials is different than your FundHero user name and password.
8. Select Submit Request

ActBlue make take a few days to approve your request. You can monitor your request from ActBlue’s webhook dashboard.
