Please Note: FundHero focuses on one-to-one donor interactions. All emails are sent from your email account so that emails are less likely to get caught in spam and are more personal.
To send an email:
- Click Contacts in the main navigation bar
- Navigate to the contact you want to send an email to
- Click the Email icon
- Select an Email Template or type out your own message and then click Send

Emails will be logged into FundHero following this step whether you press the send button in your email tool or not

- Your chosen email service will then open where you can make any final edits to the email and then send from your own email tool
